Pacific™ Xtreme PTA Balloon Catheter | Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty

Treat longer lesions with the Pacific™ Xtreme PTA balloon catheter OTW 0.018″, also available in 150 to 300 mm lengths. These balloons are well suited for use in the treatment of long lesions in the femoral and popliteal vessels.

MARKERS

Pacific Xtreme is indicated for percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) in patients with obstructive disease of the peripheral arteries, namely the ilio-femoral-, femoral-, popliteal-, infra-popliteal- and renal arteries.

Pacific Xtreme for carotid and supraaortic applications

Only balloon catheters with a diameter of 2 mm to 7 mm and a length of 20 mm to 40 mm are indicated for carotid and supraaortic applications, except for catheters with a usable length of 180 cm.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The Pacific Xtreme PTA catheter is contraindicated for use in coronary arteries. Pacific Xtreme PTA catheters with diameters from 2 mm to 7 mm and balloon lengths greater than 40 mm and usable lengths of 90 cm and 130 cm are contraindicated for use in the carotid and supraaortic arteries. With a usable length of 180 cm, the Pacific Xtreme PTA catheter is contraindicated for use in the carotid and supraaortic arteries.
